Chairman of WCVG who organised the original consultation which triggered the group taking over the library to save it from closure and launching the Wellbeing Centre.

Secretary of WCVG and Library & Wellbeing Centre Committee. Did the SCC training as a librarian. Responsible for weekly cash income, reporting to the Treasurer.

Responsible for all aspects of contact in connection with the Wellbeing and Children's Centres, the booking of outside agencies and the maintaining of the Diary.

Vice Chair of WCVG, helped with planning and negotiating the bid for the library. Did the SCC training as a librarian. Responsible for 'special' displays and the Community Shop in the library.

Negotiated and signed the transitional contract giving the volunteers power to take over the library to save it from closure. Prepared Health & Safety and Risk Assessment documents to ensure the safe running of the Library & Wellbeing Centre

Responsible for invoicing, payments, bookkeeping and general day-to-day financial decisions.

Organising and planning an on-going and continually up-dated service

Responsible for shelving and general in-house maintenance.

Responsible for production of Village Life and website.
