The Werrington 50 Plus group have joined forces with the new volunteer run Library & Wellbeing Centre to fund the villages first 24/7 defibrillator unit which is fitted to the front of the library.

Voluntary Group Chairman said that he was delighted with the offer which demonstrated a wonderful community spirit as it came out of the blue and has helped to establish the fundamental ethos of the Wellbeing Centre.
